As a part of the team in his earlier venture, credit goes to him for indigenously developing for the first time in India, the concept of Cold roll forming sections for structural applications in construction Industry. Starting with their use as secondary members like Zed Purlins and Side cladding runners, in due course adequacy of their technical soundness for use as primary members like columns and rafters was established through an association with one of the most reputed technical institutions LIT. Mumbai. Mr. Chadha carried on further the process. Today Frontline manufactures the best designed, highest quality and most efficient low rise non-residential prefabricated buildings suitable for manufacturing units, warehouses, offices, schools and sport clubs etc. They ideally blend precise computerized design and advanced manufacturing technology to give you value for your money. When you opt for a Frontline building you are saved with the hassles associated with onsite fabrication, because our manufacturing facilities aided by a highly qualified technical staff and skilled manpower translate the computer fabrication drawings into precision quality controlled building systems and factory performed components arrive on job site ready to erect thus substantially reducing onsite time. Similarly adding new sections to a wide range and variety already available with us, has become a routine affair. i) In case of one of India's feeding engineering unit Thermax, they wanted a mobile shed with wide span of 12 mtrs. and height of 11 mtrs. to be installed at JNPT Port with wind velocity of 150 kg/m without "CIVIL FOUNDATION". We successfully developed and offered a solution working well for more than years.
ii) M/s. Uttam Galva steels Ltd. wanted a column located at the spacing of 12 meters to be eliminated. In other words in two bays the spacing became 24 meters instead of normal spacing of 12 meters. This in a building with a span of 12 mtrs. and height of EOT crane at 7.5 mtrs. We very convincingly solved their problem.
iii) M/s. Grow Well Mercantile Pvt. Ltd. building was ready with erection about to start. At last moment the client desired crane capacity in part of shed to be raised from 15 MT to 35 MT. A solution was offered by raising partly the height and crane capacity by creating 2 height levels.
iv) On many occasions, we were required to offer solutions for joining our buildings with the columns and other structures of the existing buildings, fabricated out of conventional hot rolled structurals and even install Crane gantries. All such situations were effectively tackled by our competent design teams.

Time was when factory shed meant columns, Trusses and Purlins all fabricated out of conventional structural members like Girders, Channels and Angles. Hence a totally new concept was evolved to offer solutions by converting high tensile, high yield plates and sheet into the structurals, promising optimal use of raw material through flexibility of sizes, made possible by cutting and joining plates for fabricating beams (3 plate technology) and Cold rod forming of Strip steels. These Pre-Engineered buildings offer a great scope for creativity resulting in technically sound and economically competitive alternative. i) Cold roll forming is the most efficient method of converting sheet steel into desired shapes through a gradual process of bending by a number of specially designed rolls mounted on a cold forming mill. The technology has many advantages over the conventional press brake method of forming namely:
ii) Cold working capitalizes on the steel's tendency to become harder and stronger when formed while cold. This gives an added advantage to cold formed sheet steel because the shaping process actually makes the part stronger. It achieves a better consistency and accuracy of profile.
iii) The possibilities of producing the variety and range of shapes are almost unlimited, determined only by the number of stations available on the mill and the ability of the tool designer. Indeed some shapes can not be produced by any other method.
iv) Cold roll formed sections do not suffer from the length constrains and can be supplied to your exact requirements. In addition to the universal profiles, like channels and angles, the cold-formed sections offer tremendous potential for cutting cost, through superior design of shapes and flexibility of sizes.
